Consultancy - examples
We thoroughly enjoy providing extensive consulting services. Below are a few examples.
Example 1 - Preparation of an Explosive Safety Document - ESD
The client naturally had an explosive safety document (ESD) in the field of ATEX, but it was no longer up to date, and it was unclear what was acceptable and what was not, meaning what actions were required. For this client, we used our own ESD template and copied usable parts of the original ESD into it.
After that, we conducted an inventory on site and reported which components were suitable and unsuitable in the specific zones. Subsequently, using this list, we could assess how everything was documented and then build the framework. This does imply that when changes occur, that file must also be updated, otherwise we'll be in the same situation again in a few years.

Example 2 - CE compliance investigation new factory
For this client, it concerned a new factory. Various suppliers from all over the world were involved, and we started by drawing up a Legal Framework outlining the requirements for the various installations and machines. This was then translated to the suppliers so it was clear what documentation we expected from whom. It’s always remarkable to see that often not every supplier is well-versed in the world of CE marking.
Anyway, we then built the CE file around the installations and conducted additional risk analyses to achieve overall compliance.

Example 3 - NEN 3140 implementation
This company already had a comprehensive NEN 3140 and NEN 3840 policy document, and they wanted to operationalize it into concrete work instructions that clearly stated the scope and who was responsible for what. Subsequently, for this client, we also developed several online video instructions that certain external firms are required to watch before entering the site.
Example 4 - Update risk analyses Work Equipment Directive
This client has 32 'factories,' and we once started with the inventory of the installations. And, we performed the risk analyses, etc. In case of changes to the installations, new construction, or relocation of an installation from one location to another, we take action and update the files, and we draw up practical 'points of attention' lists detailing which measures need to be taken where.
Example 5 - Taking over installation responsibility
In exceptional cases, we also take over part of the installation responsibility from the client. These are often clients with whom we already work, and we draw up a Legal Framework outlining which responsibilities we assume and which we leave with the client.
Example 6 - Developing NEN 3140 and NEN 3840 online courses for IV, WV, VP
Due to the nature of the work, it proved very difficult for this client to gather groups for a traditional 'classroom' course. Employees worked in shifts and at locations inaccessible by car. So, it made sense to set up 'something' online and a single 'classroom course' for new employees.

Example 7 - NEN 3140 WV, VP and VOP and 8 toolboxes
This client has employees stationed at very different locations, and here too, it proved difficult to gather groups. Behind the login, there are 3 courses: WV, VP, and VOP NEN 3140, and a total of 8 toolboxes.
Example 8 - Digital instruction: Gas measurement in confined spaces
For another client, we conducted a compliance investigation at a tank farm, and there was also a need to provide a 'manned watch' instruction and an instruction on how to perform 'gas measurements' before entering a confined space.

Example 8: Inspection of work equipment (3 standard course modules)
For this client, the wish was to place 3 inspection courses behind a company login for approx. 6 people. The cost of this company login is the same as if you were to buy these 3 courses in the shop for 6 people.
Example 9: CE-marking with dossier formation
For this client, we set up an English-language online course on CE marking, performed the risk analyses, etc., and also established a legal framework. Subsequently, we set up an online training course through which the client's employees are instructed on how to further implement this themselves. For this purpose, we also developed tools so that it doesn't remain just theory.
How does company login work?
If you have multiple people who need to take a course, a company login is very convenient. We provide you with a PDF containing a link and password that you can send to the participants, allowing them to access the learning environment. Subsequently, the certificates will be sent to your email address, for example. This is very practical and saves a lot of 'hassle'.
Classroom or online?
Of course, we also offer all courses in a classroom setting. Based on our experience, we have summarized the choice in the table below.
