Projects
We manage CE marking projects for various companies. This can include screening CE documents during import, but also coordinating CE marking for a new factory. We almost always start by drafting a Legal Framework in which we clearly define the applicable Guidelines. This effectively constitutes the benchmark and also makes the legal requirements transparent.
Any relevant standards are not included in this Legal Framework. Legislation provides the main structure, and standards (sometimes) provide a meaningful interpretation. We do this deliberately to avoid getting bogged down in an endless series of regulations. This also allows us to clearly distinguish between what is legally required and what is not.
Projects always begin with a no-obligation consultation, after which we develop an action plan. We also determine the most suitable solution and the cost. We also define the deliverables so that we clearly understand what we will deliver.
If you have multiple factories, multiple meetings are often necessary to determine the best approach with all participants. These meetings can be held in Dutch, German, or English.
